im trying to go online with my PS3, i connect the ethernet cable from the modem of the computer into the specific slot on the back of the PS3, and turn on the internet and everything, and when i go to make the connection, it is able to obtain an IP address, but no internet connection, and therefore does not work. This is through a wired connection just for those who didnt notice. Can anyone tell me why its not working/What i need to do, and if i have all the things needed to go online? You have to have Wi-Fi in your area in order to get internet,It really easy is like a psp except.The PSP is portable.
