No dsl or cable covers my area and im going to get moobile braodband and im wondering how well it will worrk?. what latencys do the fastest packages get? will i lag? can it work with cod or battlefield? can some one please answer atleast one of theseWill mobile broadband work with PS3 online gaming? some suck but some are good?
The mobile broadband sticks carry embedded software. Weather or not you are able to install and run it on the PS3 (i'm aware you can run software on the PS3) is another story. As far as getting the trasnfer rate necessary to play any games online is a VERY slim to none chance. My bet is this will not work.Will mobile broadband work with PS3 online gaming? some suck but some are good?
I've done this before, you put the broadband stick into your computer, get an ethernet cable, connect the cable into the computer and the PS3, and then you go into your internet connection properties, and click ';share this internet connection';. That's how I got mine to work, got that answer a while back from a professional, hahaa...good luck!!
