Ps3 disconnected because of laptop help!?

I can play online with ps3 no problems, but as soon as my mum or sister goes on the internet on there laptops i get disconnected for the game.



The ps3 and laptops are connected wirelessly.

Ps3 is to far away to be wired so thats out of the question.



Futher reseach, finds that maybe my Ps3 and laptop could be sharing the same ip?

Could anyone tell me how to check this and how to fix it? thanks

If that isn't the issue, it could be that you don't have enough bandwidth for both devices to be on the network at the same time. If this is the case, turn off other devices (such as the computer), to free up bandwidth.Ps3 disconnected because of laptop help!?
Some routers wont allow for multi internet usage, i use my ps3 as part of a 5 way connection, with my wireless router lets me, ip is out of the question here, IP is the same for where ever your internet goes, your ps3, laptop and computer use the same IP address, so as long they come from the same internet, it has happens to me, when people uses the 3 computers i have, i am disconnected. But this usally it because of a problem with my router, or having 10 windows of the internet on each computer.
