basically i was just wondering, how you actually do online on gran turismo prologue? I mean i know there is the online tab but it doesnt really go online with other people? Cos me and my mate want to play but we cant? Is there a way to like host a game and invite my mate or something?

Here's the thing: this is essentially a preview/demo/beta of Gran Turismo 5. Therefore, there are no online options. When you select the online tab, you choose a race and the servers automatically pairs you with people from around the world with a connection type similar to yours. That's it. No, there is no ';create a match'; or ';invite friends'; or anything like that. You have to wait for the full game to come out for any sort of online featuers. All it is in Prologue is random pairing. Polyphony Digital probably wanted to test online play in Gran Turismo so it wouldn't be as screwed up in the final game.How to do online on gran turismo prologue for ps3?
