How do i get online on the ps3?

my ps3 is next to my computer but my computer doesnt have a modem with it because it is with the main computer in the house, however i do have a usb network adapter connected to my computer, which has no spacfes for any other cables. does anyone know where i go from here?

Wifi is built into all PS3 models other than the 20GB...

Since you have a USB Network Adapter on your computer I'll take it to mean you have WiFi in the house.

BTW. If you DO have a 20GB you'll have to hardwire it back to the main computer OR buy a wireless gaming bridge (expensive)...a USB WiFi adapter WILL NOT WORK ON THE PS3.

dude i found it to be a lot easyier if u just set up wireless network in yor house and then conected from the ps3 b/c it has a built in atena
install a wireless network. i tried linking it up to my coputer. it just dosent work. you have to use a wireless network. not fair i know but thats just how it is
