Does MW2 let two people on the same PS3 play online at the same time(split-screen)?

Before MW2 came out, my friend was telling me that two people can play online (TDM, Search and destroy etc.) at the same time with split screen. Is it true? Cause i can't find out how to do it.

But I would doubt it, since he said that the P90 would be gone in MW2 as well :P.

No you cannot play online split screen in Modern Warfare Two, i heard those rumors also but they we're not true.Does MW2 let two people on the same PS3 play online at the same time(split-screen)?
Sorry it's not supported, but you can play against each other, or even spec-ops if you'd rather play together.
