How do I fix FIOS DNS errors?

I hate FIOS, verizon said it would take 1 week to set it up. That turned in to two months. Downloads are faster than Verizon DSL. Internet is okay if connected ethernet.

Wireless same connection speed as before with DSL. I mean in terms of speedtest.

But for web browsing? I'm trying to log on to chase.com and it froze trying to load saying a timeout. It's slow as hell... I want to drop kick the actiontec router.

In fact it took 10mins just to get to ';Ask you question';, And it STILL not fully loaded.

True downloads with dsl is near impossible but for webbrowsing and streaming video? About 100 times faster than FIOS despite the higher speedtest results.

Hell, this is the same level as DIAL UP in terms of web browsing.

I'm pretty sure it's a DNS error as I cannot think of another reason, and my ps3 seems to confirm this ';Return to lobby, DNS error'; I cannot believe how many times I ended up in the lobby.

And this is the FIRST time My online ps3 battle start to go choppy was the first time it went to fios.

Help, what can i do in easy steps to fix the DNS??????????How do I fix FIOS DNS errors?
For some windows-oriented tips for changing DNS servers, see http://www.getnetgoing.com/Internet-Expl鈥?/a>How do I fix FIOS DNS errors?
Manually assign your DNS addresses instead of using the ones provided by Verizon. I can think of a few off the top of my head, and you can Google for more if you like.
