How to play multiplayer in GTA4 for PS3 without going online?

I brought GTA4 recently and i was wondering whether if i can play multiplayer without going online like with my brothers or friends that come over to play it with me. There was such a feature in San Andreas wondering whether if it is available here.How to play multiplayer in GTA4 for PS3 without going online?
I know what your talking about. San Andreas had a feature which allowed 2 players to play together co-op. Unfortunately for you GTA IV does not have this feature. The online multiplayer in GTA IV is via going online. Offline, GTA IV is strictly a single player game.How to play multiplayer in GTA4 for PS3 without going online?
