How far should I go with this?

Want to cancel my livebox subscription, which I got so I could play online with ps3.

Thing doesnt connect, customer service is awful!!!!! and then they say if I cancel i have to pay over 拢140!!!! Ive had it less than a month and havnt been able to connect properly yet.



How do I tell them to do one and get away without paying this??How far should I go with this?
Put everything in writing and address it to people high up in the company stating that they are failing to provide you with a service.

Keep away from phoning them as they will forgot that you've spoken to them the next time you call.How far should I go with this?
They can't charge for a service they are unable to provide. They're blowing smoke up your ***.



I had a similar situation with MCI where they charged me for 3 months of service and a connection fee only to find out they're not able to switch a digital service back to analog so they never could connect me to begin with. I refused to pay them and eventually they reported it on my credit. However with one quick call I had it removed from my credit report and I didn't have to pay them anything.
